컴퓨존 측에서는 유통사인 STCOM으로 부터 리퍼 제품을 물류센터에서 새제품인줄 알고 고객에게 배송했기 때문에 STCOM과 컴퓨존 둘 모두의 해당 되는 문제로,
해당 제품은 고객에게 환불 처리되었습니다
결론
위 문제를 제기한 글이 퀘이사존이라는 유명 커뮤니티에 안 올라오거나 묻혔거나, 애초에 소비자가 간과했었다면 누군가는 분명 금전적 이득을 취했겠죠?
제가 생각 할 때 저 제품도 리퍼라고 불리 울 수 없는 말 그대로 제품을 그대로 소비자 몰래 재포장해서 파는 수준으로 생각 됩니다
리퍼 제품도 나사를 저렇게 빠가 난 것을 달고 다시 판매는 하지 않습니다
제품을 누가 포장했는지? 납품 된 거지도 모르고… 단순 리퍼 제품을 유통사가 잘못 보냈다? 이렇게 결론 짓고 빠르게 환불 처리하려고 하는 거 같은데 제 생각은 제대로 된 해명이라고 보이지 않습니다
컴퓨존은 그냥 납품해서 가져다 판 죄 밖에 없다고 한다면 이 제품이 어떻게 납품되고 어떤 과정을 거쳐서 제대로 배송된 건지 명확히 밝혀서 중간에 장난질을 안 쳤다는 증거를 보여주어야 할 것 같습니다
일부 사용자들은 컴퓨존 잘못이 아니라고 하지만 그렇다면 그동안 신뢰가 쌓인 다른 용산 업체보다 비싼 컴퓨존을 통해서 구매할 가치가 없어 보입니다
뭐하러 비싼 컴퓨존을 통해 부품을 사겠습니까? 컴퓨존 또한 물건 떼다 마진 붙여서 파는 용산의 한 개 업체 그 이상도 이하도 아니지 않습니까?
그리고 잘못 납품한 STCOM 총판 제품은 그들 주장만 단순 착오라고 하지만…
과연 고의인지? 단순 착오인지? 소비자는 알 수 없게 되버렸기 때문에 더 이상 이 총판의 제품은 신뢰가 되지 않아 차라리 다른 총판을 권장 드립니다
고가 컴퓨터 부품은 출시되고 빠르게 사는게 역시 정답이라 생각됩니다
한국에서 용산 거쳐서 판매되는 모든 컴퓨터 부품은 일정 기간 지나서 신품을 샀다가 재수 없으면 재포장 제품이 오거나 리퍼 제품이 올 수 있으니 가급적 빠르게 사는 것을 추천 드립니다
